2. How We Use Information

Information is used solely to operate the platform, verify accounts, and communicate with parents/guardians about their child's account. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

EduKids is designed for children ages 8–12 and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We require verifiable parental consent before creating any child account. Parents can review, modify, or delete their child's information at any time by contacting us.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect data, including encrypted passwords, secure HTTPS connections, and HTTP-only cookies. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Third-Party Services

Videos are embedded from YouTube and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We use YouTube's standard embed feature and do not control data collection by YouTube. We recommend reviewing Google's Privacy Policy for more information.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as the account is active. Parents may request deletion of their child's account and all associated data at any time.

Parents and guardians have the right to:

  • Review their child's personal information
  • Request changes or corrections to their child's data
  • Request deletion of their child's account
  • Refuse further collection of their child's information
